## What it does

This server feeds WPF reference topics from a cloned workspace to coding agents. It works with a local repository clone. Agents receive context, rules, and skills for .NET desktop workflows.

Running the full `wpf-dev-pack` environment requires three Claude Code plugins: `context7`, `microsoft-docs`, and `csharp-lsp`. You also need the `serena` MCP server configured through `uv`. Claude Code tool prompts suppress Serena when installed as a plugin.

Project automation includes pre-push git hooks that update patch versions when editing files. These hooks demand .NET SDK 10.0.300 or newer. You configure them with `git config core.hooksPath .githooks` or the provided scripts.

## Requirements
- Environment variables: `WPFDEVPACK_REPO_PATH` — keys and tokens: ask the human for the values, never commit them or put them in shared files.
