## What it does

WorldRole connects your coding agent to multiple job boards, including Himalayas, Jobicy, Arbeitnow, WorldRole, and company portals on Greenhouse, Ashby, and Lever. The tool deduplicates postings while preserving direct links to original listings. On the first run, the agent gauges its understanding of your profile with two 0 to 10 ratings.

It matches openings against your skills, flagging skill gaps or visa requirements that demand manual verification. The agent can reuse past materials to draft custom cover letters and help dispatch emails through authorized local tools. Your application records stay on your local machine.

Keep in mind that continuous inbox tracking demands an active scheduled background runner; without it, the agent only inspects replies when you launch a session. Scores only show application priority rather than hiring odds. Third-party source quotas and API allowances still apply.
