## What it does

WORKFORCE Dental Staffing gives candidates and dental offices tools to manage profiles and shifts through an AI agent. Candidates can set a travel radius and available dates, share their availability, find open shifts, and track applications. Offices can search the availability map, post temporary shifts, and review applicants.

The remote MCP server uses OAuth and comes with three skills for candidate or office onboarding. Sign in with a WORKFORCE account, or create one during authentication. Changes are previewed before confirmation. Identity checks and payment or banking details are handled in the WORKFORCE app, not in chat.
