## What it does

Search documentation for the Wix SDK, REST APIs, Design System, Wix Headless, and other Wix products. The server can also fetch complete articles and API method schemas, list account sites, and run requests or actions on a selected site. Its tools start enabled.

Node.js 19.9.0 or later is required. Claude Code setup offers two SSE command variants, both using `https://mcp.wix.com/sse`. Since the server can call APIs and manage sites, check which account and site are selected before asking it to make changes.

A connection can drop after a long idle period. The troubleshooting steps suggest removing `~/.mcp-auth` on Mac or `C:\Users\<username>\.mcp-auth` on Windows if that happens.
