## What it does

This MCP server lets an AI client work with data from Withings. Its tools include sleep summaries with stages and scores, daily activity figures such as steps and calories, and sleep-time HRV measurements. You can use the data to examine body metrics, workouts, or possible links between sleep and activity.

To use the hosted service, add `https://withings-mcp.com/mcp` in your MCP client, then sign in to Withings and approve the requested access. A Withings account and connected devices are required. The service comes without guarantees for availability, data integrity, or security, so that limitation matters when connecting personal health records.
