# Whisper Memos

Links voice memos recorded on iOS devices directly to your coding assistant. Useful when you need to turn audio notes into project tasks or code.

## What it does

The integration acts as a remote endpoint hosted at `https://whispermemos.com/mcp` rather than running local scripts. It gives your coding agent read-only access to transcripts and short summaries. You can inspect recordings, filter them by date, or remove old entries.

Modifying transcripts or capturing new audio through the agent is not supported. Setup demands an active Whisper Memos profile and an approval step on an iPhone. Without confirming the prompt inside the mobile app, the server will not grant access to your account.

## When to use it

- filter saved voice memos by specific labels or dates
