## What it does

This server connects over HTTP to track agent network activities. It provides tools such as `issue_action_receipt` to create receipts, `check_web_action_receipt` to inspect them, and `log_action_attempt` to record execution tries. The agent can also inspect rules using `explain_action_policy`.

The service is hosted remotely and requires a paid plan. Every production request must include a valid `Bearer <token>` in the authorization header. Unauthenticated visits to `https://webmcpactionreceipt.clauxel.com/mcp` fail with a structured JSON error.
