## What it does

voa-tiss connects an agent to a remote MCP server that provides 25 tools and 3 prompts. The agent can validate a TISS batch, apply available fixes, search TUSS codes or operator profiles, and look up denial codes from Table 38.

It can also parse operator statements and compare billed amounts with payments. Connect to `https://tiss-api.voa.health/mcp`. The project separately describes a local Python library for validating XML and JSON; that library requires Python 3.10+. The remote MCP service and local library are distinct ways to use the project.
