## What it does

The Uptimepage MCP server exposes your organization to an LLM client: monitors, incidents, status pages. You can fire checks and push updates from the editor instead of the dashboard.

Uptimepage itself is open-source uptime monitoring with public status pages. It watches HTTP, TCP, ICMP ping, DNS, TLS-certificate and domain expiry, cron heartbeats, and scripted browser login flows. Alerts reach Slack, PagerDuty, Telegram, SMS and more, with on-call rotations and escalation. Click, REST API or Terraform all drive the same account.

The server sits at `https://mcp.uptimepage.dev/mcp` and speaks HTTP transport. In Claude it goes in with a single command. It talks to your organization, so an account on uptimepage.dev is the prerequisite — without one there is nothing to query.

## Requirements

- find out who is on call this week
- publish a status note for subscribers

## Example prompts
