## What it does

This community MCP server links client tools to Trello via its REST API. It handles board discovery, workspace inspection, and list organization. Inputs and API responses pass through Zod schemas, while logs keep stdout clean by directing debug information to stderr.

An assistant can build new cards, assign members, update due dates, and manage checklists. The server also supports uploading local files from a configured path and searching boards with native search operators. Note that a running Docker engine and personal credentials (`TRELLO_API_KEY` and `TRELLO_TOKEN`) are strictly required before setup.

## Requirements
- Needs: Docker
- Environment variables: `TRANSPORT`, `TRELLO_API_KEY`, `TRELLO_TOKEN` — keys and tokens: ask the human for the values, never commit them or put them in shared files.
