# treg.to

Connects your agent to an API tool catalog through one hosted endpoint. It helps run scraping, enrichment, and media generation without separate service subscriptions.

## What it does

The server acts as a hosted tool proxy for AI agents. Instead of buying individual subscriptions for external platforms, the agent sends requests to a single base endpoint using one token. Authentication happens on the server side. Because credentials never leave the remote proxy, teammates can run shared vendor tools without holding raw API keys.

Available endpoints cover scraping, backlink lookups, candidate search, and Fish Audio voice generation. Usage is billed per call against a team balance, and new verified accounts get $1.00 when creating an eligible team. Teams can also attach their own vendor keys or CLI binaries. Custom keys always take precedence over catalog credentials, leaving those calls unmetered.

Catalog items flagged with `strict_query` reject unexpected query parameters and request bodies. The setup relies directly on the hosted service at `https://treg.to/mcp`.

## Requirements

claude mcp add --transport http tregto https://treg.to/mcp
```
### Codex
**Platform CLI: remote server**
```bash
codex mcp add tregto --url https://treg.to/mcp
```
### Cursor
**Config file**
File `.cursor/mcp.json`:
```json
{
    "mcpServers": {
        "tregto": {
            "url": "https://treg.to/mcp"
        }
    }
}
```
### GitHub Copilot
**Config file**
File `.vscode/mcp.json`:
```json
{
    "servers": {
        "tregto": {
            "type": "http",

        }
    }
}
```
### Gemini CLI
**Platform CLI: remote server**
```bash
gemini mcp add -t http tregto https://treg.to/mcp
```
## When to use it
- access third-party data APIs without separate monthly subscriptions
- keep organizational API credentials off local developer machines
- generate synthetic speech using Fish Audio endpoints
- gather hiring and funding signals across target accounts
- scrape web pages without running local headless browsers
## Example prompts
- Search the treg catalog for domain backlink inspection tools
- Generate an mp3 voiceover for the text "Hello from treg" using Fish Audio
- Find public hiring signals for target software companies
