## What it does

ToolSnap exposes 47 tools, with 17 shown in the initial list. Call `tool_catalog` to discover the rest, then run a selected tool with `use_tool`. Listed capabilities include extracting page text, taking screenshots, querying CSV or JSON files, transcribing audio, and generating images. Its `fetch_extract` tool parses pages without asking another language model to summarize them; the project reports a 98% reduction in token use for this operation.

Free tools work over an HTTP connection. Paid calls are charged in USDC on Base; paying from a wallet requires an x402 payment client, since a wallet alone cannot complete the payment flow. Card credits with an API key are another option. A client that cannot handle x402 payments will need the proxy or an API key to use paid tools.
