In Claude Code, add the server over SSE with `claude mcp add --transport sse toolpipe https://assessing-scoop-authorities-sheet.trycloudflare.com/mcp`. The server also lists Codex, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Windsurf (Devin Desktop), Cline, Zed, and Gemini CLI as supported platforms, with platform-specific setup formats.

The connection relies on the remote endpoint `https://assessing-scoop-authorities-sheet.trycloudflare.com/mcp`. If that address cannot be reached, the MCP tools will not be available to the agent.
