## What it does

The server lives at `https://mcp.thechrisgrey.com` and speaks HTTP. Once connected, your agent can search the blog, pull up individual posts, and field questions about The Vector Podcast or the book “Beyond the Assessment”. Handy when you need background on the author without leaving the editor.

Setup is one command per platform. On Claude: `claude mcp add --transport http mcp https://mcp.thechrisgrey.com`. On Codex: `codex mcp add thechrisgrey-mcp --url https://mcp.thechrisgrey.com`. On Gemini CLI: `gemini mcp add -t http thechrisgrey-mcp https://mcp.thechrisgrey.com`. Cursor and GitHub Copilot take a JSON config with a `url` field.

Nothing runs on your machine — it is a remote endpoint, and no API key is involved. Behind a corporate proxy, set it in your environment or the tool's config file rather than on the install line.
