# Textures

Textures lets coding agents search for and retrieve website hover textures. Each texture comes as a standalone React file.

## What it does

The Textures MCP server lets an agent search for website hover textures, retrieve them, and check them. Each texture is delivered as its own React file, ready to add to a project.

Connect to the server over HTTP. In Claude Code, run `claude mcp add --transport http textures https://textures.dev/mcp`. Codex, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, and Gemini CLI are also listed as supported platforms. When a site needs a hover treatment, the agent can look up a texture and add it to the interface.
