## What it does

The `@tengence/geo-mcp` package exposes 29 tools covering article drafting, gate checks, image management, and WordPress publishing. Articles pass through automated checks before live deployment, ensuring compliance with structured editorial rules. Communication works over stdio or HTTP streaming.

Default persistence uses a single-file SQLite database that initializes automatically on first run. Teams needing external infrastructure can switch to MySQL tables under the dedicated `tengence_geo_*` prefix.

The HTTP transport will fail without a valid `GEO_MCP_TOKEN` bearer secret. Each managed site holds its credentials and WordPress access tokens in a local `.env` file under `SITES_ROOT`.

## Requirements
- Needs: Node.js (commands run via npx)
- Environment variables: `SITES_ROOT`, `TENGENCE_GEO_HOME`, `DB_DRIVER` — keys and tokens: ask the human for the values, never commit them or put them in shared files.
