## What it does

This MCP server turns a city, event date, roles, and headcount into a staffing plan. It can return configured markets, role details, hourly rate ranges, booking policies, lead-time guidance, and state-level employment notes. A plan may be saved for later retrieval, then passed to a prefilled quote form without sending contact details through the MCP handoff.

Use `plan_staffing` as the starting point. After the buyer approves a saved plan, `request_quote` returns the form for the buyer to review and submit personally. The availability tool gives lead-time guidance rather than live inventory, and a coordinator confirms coverage for the specific order.
