## What it does

The integration links your assistant to deterministic real estate tooling hosted on `tektolo.com` via streamable HTTP. Two primary toolsets are exposed: turnover scoping and deposit settlement. Language models extract facts from inspection text, while versioned server-side rules calculate every monetary amount and cite the underlying source.

Turnover operations transform move-out inspection findings into priced scopes ready for contractors. The deposit settlement engine applies state and municipal rental rules to evaluate deduction categories, account for asset depreciation, compute interest, and draft an itemized statement.

Because rule tables and pricing logic reside remotely on `tektolo.com`, the server requires an active internet connection. You get 20 complimentary calls per day, after which requests cost $0.02 each.
