## What it does

This server gives an agent access to public garbage-truck data without write operations. Its tools list supported cities, locate stops near coordinates, search by district, village, road, or route term, and return the route connected to a selected stop. Nearby searches accept distances from 50 to 2,000 m.

New Taipei and Taichung include weekday schedules with ISO weekday values and a `servesToday` result. Taipei and Kaohsiung do not provide those weekday fields. Times use `Asia/Taipei`; city data loads on demand and stays cached in memory for one hour. Taichung’s dataset is about 50 MB and can use around 400 MB of memory after a cold load.

Connect clients to `https://mcp.garbage.yukai.dev/mcp`; no authentication is required. Browser requests with an `Origin` header are rejected unless that origin appears in `MCP_ALLOWED_ORIGINS`, so browser-based access needs an allowlist entry. Native and server-side clients can connect without sending that header.
