## What it does

The MCP server hooks an automated quality scanner into your development workspace. It evaluates sites against more than 300 rules across 22 categories. The checks cover broken anchors, missing CSP headers, leaked credentials, and response latency. A dedicated module tests readiness for external AI systems by inspecting `llms.txt` and `AGENTS.md`.

Diagnostics arrive in an LLM-tailored format with explicit fix instructions. That lets the assistant patch local markup and repeat checks automatically. Loops continue until every error clears. The crawler also handles incremental passes using `ETag` headers and content hashing.

Full browser rendering for single-page apps requires an authenticated cloud session.

## When to use it
- detect broken links, redirect chains, and indexing flaws
- spot missing security headers, leaked credentials, and insecure cookies
- optimize `llms.txt` and `AGENTS.md` for AI web crawlers
- uncover Core Web Vitals bottlenecks and unminified assets
- feed structured repair instructions directly to a coding assistant

## Example prompts
- Run a full squirrelscan audit against the local dev server and report all security failures.
- Audit the project against the Agent Experience rules and generate missing `llms.txt` or `AGENTS.md` files.
- Scan our pages for broken links and apply the recommended fixes directly to the templates.
