## What it does

Software Prices France gives coding agents read-only access to software pricing data in France. Through tools such as `search_public_contracts` and `daily_rates`, the model looks up real contract numbers to evaluate agency quotes against verified benchmarks.

The database indexes around 480 qualified public tenders from data.economie.gouv.fr under the Etalab 2.0 license, focusing on ERP systems and mobile applications. Engineering noise under CPV codes 45 and 71 has been stripped out. To prevent skewed metrics, the server calculates medians only when five or more contracts match, requiring twelve for quartiles. Private market figures come from vetted rate barometers with check dates.

Public benchmarks for AI projects are entirely absent from the dataset, so the server reports the gap directly instead of guessing. The service connects over HTTP at `https://mcp.jaikin.eu/mcp`. No API tokens or accounts are required. Your project files stay local and never reach the server.
