## What it does

The server connects coding assistants to U.S. equity forensics. It parses SEC filings to track dilution mechanisms like shelf offerings, ATM facilities, warrants, and convertible debt. Historical as-of queries prevent lookahead bias by retrieving only the information valid on a specified date.

Fourteen tools handle market analytics, including screener queries, daily price bars, fundamental ratios, and 8-K filings. The service runs remotely over HTTP at `https://mcp.snacs.trade/`. No local runtime build is necessary.

Access depends on a paid API token. The Edge subscription costs $99 per month for 50 requests per minute, while the Alpha plan runs $199 monthly for 1,000 requests per minute. Without an active secret key in the request header, queries fail immediately.
