# SMKlog Parcel Shipping Rates

Quotes live USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL rates for US-origin parcels using plain item descriptions without a scale or API keys. Generates checkout links for postage.

## What it does

The server pulls live quotes from carriers like USPS and FedEx. You do not need to measure cardboard with a ruler. Pass an everyday item description, and the pipeline estimates package dimensions before pricing. Destinations include domestic US routes along with Canada, the UK, Germany, and Australia.

Tool `get_parcel_quote` fetches live rates alongside counter price comparisons. Tool `create_checkout_link` outputs a Stripe payment URL for the chosen carrier. Later, `get_checkout_status` checks order stages without exposing personal customer data. Delivery events for purchased labels stream via `track_parcel`.

Origin addresses are restricted to the United States. Freight and palletized loads are rejected because the engine handles individual parcel cartons only. Agents cannot spend money on their own. Every postage label requires a person to review declarations and pay through Stripe.
