## What it does

Slideless connects the service’s API to an MCP host. An agent can inspect presentations and their versions, retrieve text-file contents, upload single-file or multi-file HTML decks, and remove presentations. Other tools manage public links, collaborators, and marketplace listings.

Authentication works through OAuth or a static API key. Claude Code connects to the server over HTTP; hosts that accept custom headers can pass a key in `Authorization`. Account and presentation actions require authentication, while marketplace search, listing details, and remixing can run without a key. The connection does not require installing the Slideless CLI.
