## What it does

This tool links coding assistants to an external mobile interface generator. You describe screens in natural language, and the remote agent returns visual mockups inside the chat session alongside an editor link. You can inspect the resulting screens online and export them to Figma files or React code.

The server runs in the cloud at `https://sleek.design/api/mcp` without local runtime setup. Connection relies on standard OAuth browser verification. An environment variable named `SLEEK_API_KEY` is kept strictly as a fallback for environments unable to launch a browser flow.

Submit the full app layout inside a single message. The design agent plans related views together. Splitting requests into individual screens produces disjointed visuals and consumes usage credits for each prompt.

## Requirements
- Remote server: `https://sleek.design/api/mcp`

## Install

### Claude Code (native platform)

**Platform CLI: remote server**
```bash
claude mcp add --transport http sleek https://sleek.design/api/mcp
```

### Codex

**Platform CLI: remote server**
```bash
codex mcp add sleek --url https://sleek.design/api/mcp
```

### Cursor

**Config file**
File `.cursor/mcp.json`:
```json
{
    "mcpServers": {
        "sleek": {
            "url": "https://sleek.design/api/mcp"
        }
    }
}
```

### GitHub Copilot

**Config file**
File `.vscode/mcp.json`:
```json
{
    "servers": {
        "sleek": {
            "type": "http",
            "url": "https://sleek.design/api/mcp"
        }
    }
}
```

### Gemini CLI

**Platform CLI: remote server**
```bash
gemini mcp add -t http sleek https://sleek.design/api/mcp
```

## When to use it
- generate mobile app interface screens from text descriptions
- preview rendered design mockups directly inside chat
- hand off generated layouts to coding agents for React development
- export created mobile screens into Figma for design adjustments

## Example prompts
- Design a coffee shop mobile app in Sleek: onboarding, drink menu, cart, and user profile.
- Create a workout tracker interface in Sleek: session dashboard, weekly progress, and exercise card.
