# Shareflo

Wires your Shareflo cap table into an AI client: instruments, stakeholders, holdings and account representatives. Handy when you want to ask the agent about your equity structure.

## What it does

Shareflo is a UK cap table platform aimed at early-stage startups — equity instruments, stakeholder records, vesting, Companies House compliance. This repository is documentation for the connector only; the server's source code is not in it. The server itself sits at `https://mcp.shareflo.co.uk/mcp` over `streamable-http`.

Nine tools ship with it. `get_instruments` and `create_instrument` handle share and option classes, `get_stakeholders` and `create_stakeholder` cover the people on the register, `get_holdings` and `create_holding` deal with allotted shares and awarded options, `get_representatives` and `add_representative` manage who can administer an account. The ninth, `unlock_shareflo`, is called by the client on its own at session start and returns the rules the other tools follow.

Authentication runs through OAuth, so there is no API key to paste — you log in with your Shareflo account. Every call stays scoped to the authenticated user's company, and the connector neither widens nor bypasses that. No Shareflo login means no working tools; an account on the service is all you need.
