## What it does

Driflyte gives an AI assistant access to topic-tagged content from the web and GitHub. It follows links while crawling pages, indexes the results, and retrieves information for a selected topic. GitHub coverage includes repositories, issues, and discussions.

The server is built for RAG workflows, where retrieved documents ground an assistant’s response. It supports local and remote MCP transports. A local setup needs Node.js 18+; the remote configuration uses `https://server.smithery.ai/@serkan-ozal/driflyte-mcp-server/mcp`.

Usage is capped at `100` API requests per `5` minutes for each IP address. That limit matters when repeated searches come from the same environment.
