## What it does

The server connects an agent to three tasks: sending email, retrieving information about a public IP, and converting files to Markdown. Use it when you want to hand those jobs to an agent without leaving your coding workflow.

It runs through `npx -y @sendsoon/ai`. Set `SENDSOON_EMAIL_RECIPIENT`, `SENDSOON_API_KEY`, and `SENDSOON_API_BASE_URL` in the server configuration. The connection depends on those environment values, so check them before starting the server.

## Requirements
- Needs: Node.js (commands run via npx)
- Environment variables: `SENDSOON_EMAIL_RECIPIENT`, `SENDSOON_API_KEY`, `SENDSOON_API_BASE_URL` — keys and tokens: ask the human for the values, never commit them or put them in shared files.

## Install

### Claude Code (native platform)

**Platform CLI**
```bash
claude mcp add --env SENDSOON_EMAIL_RECIPIENT=<SENDSOON_EMAIL_RECIPIENT> --env SENDSOON_API_KEY=<SENDSOON_API_KEY> --env SENDSOON_API_BASE_URL=<SENDSOON_API_BASE_URL> --transport stdio sendsoon-ai -- npx -y @sendsoon/ai
```
Replace <…> with your own values

### Codex

**Platform CLI**
```bash
codex mcp add sendsoon-ai --env SENDSOON_EMAIL_RECIPIENT=<SENDSOON_EMAIL_RECIPIENT> --env SENDSOON_API_KEY=<SENDSOON_API_KEY> --env SENDSOON_API_BASE_URL=<SENDSOON_API_BASE_URL> -- npx -y @sendsoon/ai
```
Replace <…> with your own values
