## What it does

The server gives an agent tools to run and build Sema code, format it, and access language documentation. Sema itself is a Lisp with LLM primitives, including model calls, agent tools, and persistent conversation state.

For provider API calls, Sema reads keys from environment variables. Supported providers include Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google Gemini. This MCP server is tailored to Sema rather than a general-purpose toolkit for other languages.
