## What it does

saglitzdesign-mcp supplies an agent with design knowledge for web, iOS, Android and macOS work. Its coverage spans UI/UX, design systems, tokens, typography, color, motion, accessibility, UX writing, SEO, GEO and marketing. The package also includes design-system builders, design and UX-copy linting, component recipes, phased roadmaps and visual examples.

It reads local files and runs as a child process of the MCP client over stdio. No external API, account or separate setup is required. The server works offline. Because it has no HTTP or SSE transport, it cannot be hosted remotely or accessed across a network.

The package lists 96 knowledge documents, 36 tools and 9 build, review and port workflows. That makes its scope clear: it supports design guidance inside the coding agent, rather than serving a remote design API.
