## What it does

Run Coach connects Garmin Connect to Claude Code through MCP. The client can read sleep, HRV, heart rate, training load, VO2 Max, readiness, and activity data. It can render interactive charts, compare measurements with personal baselines, and inspect runs through per-kilometre splits, heart-rate zones, and training effect.

The server can build a training week, create workouts, and schedule them on the Garmin calendar. You sign in to Garmin on first use. Node.js 20+ is required for the Claude Code setup, so the server will not start without it. MCP Apps clients can show the sign-in form and charts; other clients receive the Garmin tool data without that embedded form.

## Requirements
- Needs: Node.js (commands run via npx)
