## What it does

This bridge lets an AI assistant manage video creation workflows on Reel Estate. It pushes property photos from local storage into projects through presigned uploads. You can apply AI modifications to stage rooms virtually or adjust lighting to a twilight view. From there, the server animates photos via Runway and renders the finished listing video with narration.

Authentication runs via Clerk OAuth with PKCE in your default web browser on port 8765. API keys are unnecessary. Session tokens stay in `~/.reel-estate-mcp` on your disk.

Creating content requires a paid Reel Estate subscription. Free tier accounts are strictly limited to browsing existing projects and clips. Any attempt to edit frames or start rendering triggers a `403 MCP_PAID_PLAN_REQUIRED` error from the backend.

## Requirements
- Needs: Node.js (commands run via npx)
- Environment variables: `MCP_SERVER_URL`, `MCP_OAUTH_CLIENT_ID`, `MCP_OAUTH_CALLBACK_PORT`, `MCP_OAUTH_STORE_DIR`, `MCP_OAUTH_SCOPE`, `MCP_READONLY` — keys and tokens: ask the human for the values, never commit them or put them in shared files.
