## What it does

propstack-mcp gives an AI assistant an MCP connection to Propstack CRM. It can find, create, and edit contacts, listings, and deals, record tasks and appointments, send template-based email, and surface related CRM records. Natural-language requests can also turn buyer criteria into a search profile and match it with listings.

The server runs the `propstack-mcp-server` package through `npx` and reads access from `PROPSTACK_API_KEY`. Its tools cover pipelines, calendars, projects, activity history, and lead intake. The API key controls permissions, so write actions require the matching Propstack access. CRM personal data is sent to the language model connected to the server.

## Requirements
- Needs: Node.js (commands run via npx)
- Environment variables: `PROPSTACK_API_KEY` — keys and tokens: ask the human for the values, never commit them or put them in shared files.
