## What it does

This MCP server connects your coding agent to Japanese public consumer safety records. It searches recall announcements published by the Consumer Affairs Agency using keywords or category filters. You can inspect notices without leaving your development environment.

The service operates over HTTP at the endpoint `https://jp-recall.plugrail.dev/mcp`. You do not need to host backend services or manage local storage to query it. Keep in mind that plugrail is an independent project with no ties to Japanese government ministries, so returned data carries no official backing.
