## What it does

The server gives an agent create, read, update, and delete operations for Pipedrive records. A local SQLite copy supports pipeline checks such as spotting aging deals and duplicates, reviewing forecasts, and comparing rep leaderboards.

The setup uses `pipedrive-cli` alongside `pipedrive-mcp`; the installer places both in the user's binary directory. Authenticate after installation, then check the CLI with `pipedrive-cli --version`. Claude Code discovers the skill through `SKILL.md`.

Use the stdio transport. HTTP mode in this build has no password and listens on every network interface, so do not run it, even on localhost. Its tools can also change CRM data using your credentials.

## Requirements
- Environment variables: `PIPEDRIVE_API_KEY`, `PIPEDRIVE_BASE_URL` — keys and tokens: ask the human for the values, never commit them or put them in shared files.

- Review deal age and spot duplicates
- Compare reps by deal performance
