## What it does

Pine Script v6 Documentation lets an agent search the language reference, verify whether a function exists, and inspect material on indicators, strategies, visuals, and execution behavior. It can help explain a function, diagnose a compilation error, or move code from v5 to v6.

The server includes document search, file and section navigation, function lookup, resource access, and prompt templates. Those templates cover error analysis, function explanations, and version conversion. The local stdio setup requires `uvx`; the hosted HTTP endpoint is another way to connect without that local command.

Each package version carries its own frozen documentation snapshot. Pinning a package version keeps the reference used by the agent unchanged across updates.
