## What it does

You hand the server an array of numbers in whatever format they arrive; it normalises them to E.164. Validation runs through Google's libphonenumber, then each record comes back with `e164`, `country`, `carrier`, `is_valid` and a `footprint_urls` list pointing at search engines, reputation databases, disposable-number trackers and reverse-lookup services. Ambiguous numbers can be pinned down with a two-letter `default_country`.

It runs on Apify, so there is nothing to install locally. Billing is per event: $0.0001 when the actor starts, $0.02 for each result record. One lookup costs $0.02, a hundred cost $2.00. Nothing is dialled — the whole thing stays passive.

Country codes run past 240, with the strongest results for India (+91), the US (+1), the UK (+44), the EU, the UAE and Singapore. Access goes through the Apify MCP endpoint. Leave `default_country` empty and numbers that arrive without a country code will not resolve cleanly.

## When to use it
- check which country and carrier an unknown number belongs to
- normalise a contact list to E.164 before import
- gather reputation and reverse-lookup links for a number
- filter invalid entries out of international KYC submissions
- trace a number during a fraud investigation

## Example prompts
- Check `+919876543210` and show me the country, carrier and search links
- Normalise the numbers in `leads.csv` to E.164, treat numbers without a country code as `IN`
- Build an OSINT trail for `+14155552671`
