## What it does

The server provides access to 22 tools that manage the Perspective AI lifecycle. You can draft conversational concierges from natural-language instructions, adjust questions interactively, and grab embed snippets for popups or site widgets.

Beyond building flows, it pulls aggregate statistics and inspects raw session transcripts along with trust metrics. It also registers external notifications to dispatch hot leads into Slack or HubSpot via webhooks.

Integration runs against `https://getperspective.ai/mcp` via browser-based OAuth or a personal access token. Environments lacking native HTTP MCP support must route calls through `mcp-remote`.
