## What it does

PandaDoc MCP Server lets an assistant work with PandaDoc documents. It can find agreements, report signing progress, show which recipients still need to sign, and summarize payment terms or obligations. It can also create a document from a template, send it for signature, and inspect follow-up needs.

PandaDoc hosts the server and exposes it through Streamable HTTP with OAuth sign-in. You do not run a local server: connect the endpoint, sign in to PandaDoc, choose a workspace, and approve the assistant’s access. Global accounts use `https://mcp.pandadoc.com/v1/mcp`; European accounts use the regional endpoint.

For Claude Code, add the endpoint with `claude mcp add --transport http mcp https://mcp.pandadoc.com/v1/mcp`, then open `/mcp` and authorize PandaDoc. Without that authorization, the assistant cannot access your documents.
