## What it does

OpenLMNP covers accounting for furnished rentals under France’s LMNP status. Its MCP connection exposes 45 tools for working with rental income and costs, depreciation calculations, tax filings, and FEC accounting records.

The connected application also handles CSV imports from Airbnb and Booking, multiple properties, and tax document exports. The Claude Code setup command points to a demo endpoint with a `demo_ro` token, so that connection is read-only. For complex cases such as joint ownership or a move to LMP status, the project recommends consulting an accountant.
