## What it does

This MCP server translates distributed development practices into editor tools. It exposes utilities to assemble architectural decision records (`draft_decision_doc`), convert call agendas into actionable artifacts with deadlines (`convert_meeting_to_async`), and evaluate status summaries before publishing.

Communication runs over stdio via `npx`. Alongside task formatters, the package supplies reference commands for counterarguments against async workflows and a `coach` prompt. If an issue genuinely demands real-time debate, the tool recommends calling rather than forcing an asynchronous thread.
