## What it does

ONES connects to Claude Code over HTTP. Its tools cover project and issue lookup, sprint and comment records, test cases, and work-hour entries. You can also retrieve Wiki pages and read supported attachments.

OAuth handles authorization. Which actions are available depends on the account's permissions and the workspace configuration. The listed endpoint serves the US deployment; a regional or private workspace may use a different address.

Add the server with the Claude Code command, then finish sign-in in your browser. Before creating or changing a record, ask the agent to show the target and proposed fields. Required fields and permitted operations vary by workspace.
