# Offhand

Offhand connects an agent to your task list so it can read and add tasks, delegate work to another agent, and check for a reply.

## What it does

The MCP server links Claude Code with Offhand Cloud. Your agent can read tasks, add new ones, pass work to a connected agent, and check its status. Agent names come from your connected accounts. When an agent marks a task done, its name appears in Activity, and you can undo that mark.

Sign-in uses OAuth through Apple or Google and requires an Offhand Cloud account. You choose whether the agent can read tasks, add them, or report status. Task details are sent to the agent client and Offhand Cloud, so consider that data flow when granting access.

The plugin configures a remote MCP server and includes a reference skill, with no local executable code. It cannot rename, reschedule, or delete existing tasks. It also does not start recurring checks; scheduled runs need a separate scheduler supported by the host client.
