## What it does

The service operates remotely at `https://nobetcieczane.org/mcp` over streamable HTTP without any credential setup. It delivers two operational functions. The first one, `nobetci_eczane_listele`, fetches duty lists matching a province slug, license plate index, or specific district. The second handler, `en_yakin_nobetci_eczane`, accepts latitude and longitude parameters to locate the closest open facilities sorted by direct distance.

Duty periods turn over every morning at 09:00 local Turkish time, keeping the prior day active beforehand. Traffic volume is restricted to 60 calls per minute per IP.
