## What it does

Music Studio equips an assistant with compositional and playback tools. It renders ABC musical scores using 128 standard General MIDI instruments, complete with style accompaniment for rhythm sections. For electronic beats, it runs Strudel patterns combined with Hydra shader visuals that pulse to the audio.

Interactive elements adjust on the fly. In CLI tools like Claude Code, the assistant provides a browser link to access the player. Browsers might withhold sound until the user taps play manually. The system also supports turn-based live sessions where the assistant queues pattern updates at the next musical bar.

The setup runs remotely via `https://music-studio.linxule.com/mcp` without local software requirements. Anyone preferring offline execution can launch the server via `npx`. Export options include MIDI and WAV files, while generated shareable links remain active for 30 days.
