## What it does

Munin consolidates customer operations behind one remote MCP endpoint. It connects knowledge base spaces, conversation channels, CRM records, content management, campaigns, and event analytics. Every tool call operates on a shared Postgres database and writes to an audit log.

Outbound execution relies on human verification. An agent can draft an email or SMS, but the final dispatch waits for an operator in the review queue. Contacts require recorded consent before they can enter any outreach sequence.

Data maintenance runs via tool calls without an admin UI for manual field editing. The web console handles system configuration and human handoffs when an agent yields a conversation.
