# Monobank

## What it does

Monobank exposes three MCP tools: current currency rates, client details with accounts and jars, and statements for an account or jar. Currency rates use a public endpoint, while the other two tools require authentication.

Run it with Node.js 18.0.0 or newer and set `MONOBANK_API_TOKEN`. Monetary values are returned as currency units rather than minor units. Statement dates use ISO 8601 in UTC, the end date is included, and a range can cover up to 31 days plus 1 hour. Without the token, the server still starts, but `get_client_info` and `get_statement` return an error.

## Requirements
- Needs: Node.js (commands run via npx)
- Environment variables: `MONOBANK_API_TOKEN` — keys and tokens: ask the human for the values, never commit them or put them in shared files.
