# Mirofy

Mirofy turns repository relationships into an HTML diagram with file, line and commit evidence. Use it to trace dependencies and see which files its analysis could not read.

## What it does

Mirofy reads supported sources, builds a graph of repository relationships, then renders an HTML diagram. You can search the result and inspect the file, line range and commit behind a connection. When it cannot support a relationship with evidence, the diagram leaves that gap visible.

The MCP server drives the same CLI as `npx mirofy-cli map .`. It reads imports in JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, Go, Java, Rust and Kotlin, along with `package.json` workspaces, Express and Next routes, and `docker-compose`. Files no adapter reads are listed in `coverage.md`. Mapping requires a Git repository with a commit, since each finding needs a revision to cite.

## Requirements
- Needs: Node.js (commands run via npx)

## Install

### Claude Code (native platform)

**Platform CLI**
```bash
claude mcp add mirofy -- npx -y mirofy-cli
```

### Codex

**Platform CLI**
```bash
codex mcp add mirofy -- npx -y mirofy-cli
```

### Cursor

**Config file**
File `.cursor/mcp.json`:
```json
{
    "mcpServers": {
        "mirofy": {
            "command": "npx",
            "args": [
                "-y",
                "mirofy-cli"
            ]
        }
    }
}
```

### GitHub Copilot

**Config file**
File `.vscode/mcp.json`:
```json
{
    "servers": {
        "mirofy": {
            "type": "stdio",
            "command": "npx",
            "args": [
                "-y",
                "mirofy-cli"
            ]
        }
    }
}
```

### Gemini CLI

**Platform CLI**
```bash
gemini mcp add mirofy npx -y mirofy-cli
```

## When to use it
- create an HTML architecture map from a repository
- trace imports between packages or source directories
- check which files and commits support a relationship
- find files left out of the analysis

## Example prompts
- Map this repository's architecture and show the evidence behind its connections.
- Trace which packages import this module, with the relevant files and lines.
- Check analysis coverage and list files left out of the map.
