## What it does

This remote server equips AI assistants with deterministic tooling for travel feed workflows. It identifies structured feed formats, aligns alternate field names to canonical schemas, and runs contract checks against Google Hotel Center, Wego, and trivago. For Meta and Criteo catalogs, it handles readiness audits without injecting invented attributes.

The server also compares schema requirements across platforms to show what is missing across targets. Because validation runs against the remote endpoint `https://metasearch.com.tr/mcp`, offline local workflows and automated CI pipelines rely on the companion `@metasearch/feed-validator` CLI package instead.

## Requirements
- Remote server: `https://metasearch.com.tr/mcp`

## Install

### Claude Code (native platform)

**Platform CLI: remote server**
```bash
claude mcp add --transport http metasearch-mcp https://metasearch.com.tr/mcp
```

### Codex

**Platform CLI: remote server**
```bash
codex mcp add metasearch-mcp --url https://metasearch.com.tr/mcp
```

### Cursor

**Config file**
File `.cursor/mcp.json`:
```json
{
    "mcpServers": {
        "metasearch-mcp": {
            "url": "https://metasearch.com.tr/mcp"
        }
    }
}
```

### GitHub Copilot

**Config file**
File `.vscode/mcp.json`:
```json
{
    "servers": {
        "metasearch-mcp": {
            "type": "http",
            "url": "https://metasearch.com.tr/mcp"
        }
    }
}
```

### Gemini CLI

**Platform CLI: remote server**
```bash
gemini mcp add -t http metasearch-mcp https://metasearch.com.tr/mcp
```

## When to use it
- Audit hotel feeds against official contracts for Google Hotel Center, Wego, and trivago
- Run catalog readiness checks before pushing inventory to Meta or Criteo
- Resolve conflicting property aliases across inconsistent hotel inventories
- Compare schema expectations across platforms to build unified feeds
- Generate concrete fix steps for formatting errors without inventing unsupported attributes

## Example prompts
- Validate this hotel inventory export against Google Hotel Center specifications
- Compare this CSV dataset against both Wego and trivago requirements
- Normalize column aliases in this hotel file and list all unresolved validation errors
