## What it does

The server runs at `https://mcp.facebook.com/devtools` and exposes nine tools: full app audit (`app-health-check`), webhook setup wizard with test verification (`webhook-setup`), App Review readiness check, access token diagnostics that never pass the token to the agent, API rate limit monitoring, and Meta documentation search. OAuth authentication through the Meta platform is required.

The `facebook/agentic-tools` repo ships the `devtools` plugin with skills for Claude Code, Cursor and Codex — they call this MCP. Installing in Claude Code takes two commands: adding the plugin from the marketplace and connecting the server via `/mcp`.

The server is remote; no local process runs. All tools operate over MCP protocol on top of HTTPS.
